Cypress Lodge is a development of ten high quality rooms registered with The Care Quality Commission (CQC) spread over two properties. They provide specialist support for a mixed group of adults with learning disabilities who may have a dual diagnosis, associated social & communication difficulties and behaviours that challenge.
This service supports service users to identify their own interests and ambitions through the development of vocational and life skills. The main focus being on sustainable and meaningful roles within the local community.
Both properties are located in a quiet suburb of South Bristol and are set in quarter of an acre ground with quiet gardens and a fishpond. There are a wealth of community facilities close by such as local shops, parks, cinema and leisure centres. The service also has easy access into Bristol City Centre and the surrounding countryside.
Both homes have a communal kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is a dedicated activity hub which service users can utilise for social and recreational activities.
Service users living at Cypress Lodge also have the opportunity to attend the day-service provision provided at our farm to further development their skills and interests.
