Events at The Farm
Sat, 1st February 2020 - The Courtyard Update - February 2020
Our Service Users within Bradbury House Ltd work on the farm during the week. They undertake a lot of varied and interesting tasks. The photos show some of our Service Users at work and the work they have achieved:
One of our Service Users with his 1:1 support spent the day at the Fleet Air Arm museum in Yeovilton. Both the Staff member and the Service User had a very positive day and both enjoyed the experience immensely:
Fri, 3rd January 2020 - The Courtyard Update - January 2020
A time of celebration at the Courtyard as one of our Service Users has moved on into a property in the community.
The Service User has been living at the Courtyard since 2013, and has progressed steadily over this time and has now left for pastures new.
All the Staff at the Courtyard wish him all the very best for his future.
Also this month the Courtyard has welcomed a new Service Manager and Team Leader in the shape of Tony Ainsworth and Julia Burnell. We will all support them and wish them the very best in their new roles in Bradbury House Limited.
Sun, 1st December 2019 - The Courtyard Update - December 2019
Christmas was celebrated at the Courtyard. Staff and Service Users were invited from other houses on the farm site for everyone to eat together.
A lot of the Service Users were lucky enough to be able to spend Christmas time with their families, so there were a reduced number on site.
However those who did come had a lovely time and enjoyed the full Christmas dinner cooked by Staff.

Some of the Service Users enjoyed a trip to Bristol to see the sights and have some food at ZaZa Bazaar. It was enjoyed by all who went and loved having their pictures taken in front of the Ferris wheel:
Another Service User has been enjoying working on their puzzles from Christmas and have already completed two! 1000 piece puzzles since the new year. Great Work:
Some of the Service Users wanted to help clean the house vehicles following all the muddy and wet weather, so we made it into a fun activity for all involved, and made sure the cars were super clean and tidy ready for the next lot of activities:
