The Farm
In 2005 The Bradbury House Group purchased Priddy Road Farm as part of our expansion programme. The Farm is a development of a group of services, situated on two-hundred and fifty acres of private farmland. It provides a range of opportunities and support registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The Farm enables a real working environment and a chance to get involved in all aspects of a working farm, including large animal care, food production, woodland skills and land management.

The Grange

The Grange is a development of six high quality, bespoke, self-contained apartments. They provide specialist support for a group of adult males with autistic spectrum disorder, associated social & communication difficulties and behaviours that challenge.
This service strives to provide specialised, person-centred packages of support. The emphasis is on service users fulfilling their potential through the development of vocational and life skills.
Each apartment was specifically designed to meet the service users' needs and therefore all six are bespoke builds.

Priddy Road Farm House is a development of five high quality, self-contained apartments. They provide specialist support for a group of adult males who may have a forensic history, complex and enduring mental health needs, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge.
These three services strive to support the sustainable transition from secure, institutional settings to a step-down community placement. They are an ideal provision for service users who have been detained, or at risk from being detained, under the Mental Health Act or released from the prison service and are now ready for their first steps in returning to independent living.
The rural location makes this a safe and relaxed environment, ideally suited to people who will benefit from being away from the stresses of modern city life, while they receive the support needed to prepare them for a return to their local communities.
The apartments comprises of living areas, kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms. All come fully furnished with space for service users to personalise them to their own tastes.
Alongside the apartments we also provide a large recreational room, located at The Courtyard, with a plasma television, games consoles, full-size pool table, table tennis and dart board for socialising.
Service users living in these apartments are provided with the opportunity to work on the farm, learning new skills and developing confidence, responsibility and independence while being paid a therapeutic wage.
All residential homes at this location are held under The Grange CQC Registration
